Although we are a small business we at Prior Learning Centre understand the importance of giving back to our communities and assisting those around us who are less fortunate than ourselves.Our social responsibility projects for 2011 include:

• The adoption Nooitgedaght Primary School – where we buy food each month for the school’s feeding scheme.  Through this initiative Prior Learning Centre is feeding 60 young learners who may one day become managers and leaders, but right now they just need a square meal each day.
• The assistance and coaching of 25 new venture creation learners who have set up their own small RPL consultancy under our guidance and accreditation.  The initial project was funded by BankSETA and Prior Learning Centre I snow hosting a number of these fledgling entrepreneurs to get them started.
• The collection of used soccer boots and clothing for a local crèche in Diepsloot.  We also assist them to buy a container to use as a classroom in the cold winter months.
